Vale is hiring a Civil Engineering Lead in Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, to serve as the primary technical reference for civil engineering in complex mining and industrial programs. The role leads studies, assessments, and technical decisions; establishes civil discipline criteria; coordinates interfaces across engineering, implementation, operations, and business areas; conducts alternatives analyses and risk assessments; and monitors project quality, timelines, and strategic objectives. The position requires a civil engineering degree, extensive technical coordination and civil discipline leadership experience, detailed engineering and industrial project experience, FEL methodology knowledge, and a hybrid arrangement with travel to the South Corridor operations.
