Description
Forschner is hiring a Master in Electrical Engineering / Prototype Shop Team Leader to lead and develop the prototype shop team and manage complex prototype and pilot-build projects for cable assemblies, wiring systems, cable harnesses, and harness systems. The role coordinates customers, engineering, project management, suppliers, and production; plans and controls projects; manufactures and supports prototypes; manages quotations, materials, claims, quality, safety, and resources; and optimizes processes. Candidates need electrical engineering technical training, several years of prototype-build or cable-harness manufacturing experience, strong IT and communication skills, and fluent German and English.
