This role combines intensive care nursing with scientific research, focusing on improving oncological care. The master nurse-researcher works half-time in direct patient care on the intensive care unit, providing personalized support to surgical and medical oncology patients. The other half involves initiating, developing, and implementing nursing research, translating scientific insights into practice, contributing to publications, presenting nationally, and fostering a research-driven culture within the team.
