Lahnpaper GmbH is hiring a Master of Paper Technology / Shop Floor Supervisor (Shift Leader) to lead full-time shift work in its paper-production plant in Lahnstein. The role is responsible for operational readiness, quality, cost control, deviation prevention, employee guidance, material monitoring, and shift documentation. Candidates need a Master of Paper Technology or comparable technical production training, or several years of comparable shift-leadership experience, along with strong leadership and independent decision-making skills. The position offers a gross monthly base salary of €3,568–€4,402, with annual gross earnings of at least €47,584–€58,426 plus shift and holiday bonuses and other collective-bargaining benefits.
