Description
The Master Planner collaborates with Kondex’s internal team to create production plans aligned with customer needs, manufacturing capacity, and inventory strategy. The role coordinates manufacturing and procurement activities, prioritizes operations, manages materials and production schedules, supports inventory and cycle-count processes, expedites customer and purchasing orders, and contributes to sales and operations planning, capacity planning, and information systems improvements. It reports to the Director of Supply Chain and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with five or more years of planning experience preferred.
