Guardian Glass is hiring a Regional Master Planning & Scheduling Manager in Campinas, São Paulo to lead regional supply chain planning and scheduling. The role connects S&OP and S&OE plans with daily decisions, optimizes inventory, capacity, customer service, and profitability, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, improves planning maturity, and develops team members. Candidates need supply chain planning knowledge, experience balancing service, inventory, capacity, operational constraints, and financial objectives, stakeholder-influence ability, and professional English proficiency; APICS CPIM or CSCP certification and experience in complex manufacturing environments are advantageous.
