Description
Base is hiring a Master Planner to own the company’s operational plan of record, align material, install, deployment, and manufacturing plans, and run S&OP. The role also owns production scheduling, factory shift and staffing planning, inventory netting, reporting automation, and requirements and tooling for in-house planning software. Candidates need at least four years of experience owning master production scheduling, master planning, or S&OP in a high-volume manufacturing environment, along with analytical, software-requirements, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
