Description
Molex is hiring a Master Planner in Kunshan City, Jiangsu to lead short- and long-term production planning and scheduling, manage the master production schedule, coordinate demand and supply across sales, customer service, procurement, production, and logistics, and supervise two functional roles. The role also oversees inventory and materials, resolves production bottlenecks, supports customer delivery, improves planning processes, and maintains APS data quality. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing or process environments, and at least two years in a lead or supervisory role; ERP and APS experience is preferred.
