Pauwels Sauzen is hiring a Master Planner in Oelegem to align sales forecasts with production capacity and manage short- and medium-term production and capacity planning. The role owns the full planning cycle, anticipates demand and production disruptions, monitors inventory, coordinates stakeholders across sales, production, and purchasing, and manages planning systems, master data, KPIs, and supply-chain processes. The position requires a master's degree, preferably three years of relevant planning experience in a complex production environment, strong analytical and Excel skills, ERP experience, and stakeholder-management ability. It is a permanent contract with a salary package and additional benefits.
