Pauwels NV/SA is hiring a Master Planner for its Oelegem site to align sales forecasts with production capacity and manage short- and medium-term planning, inventory, scenarios, and material requirements. The role coordinates Sales, Production, Purchasing, internal plants, and external co-packing partners; manages MyPlan and MS Dynamics 365 planning systems; analyzes KPIs; and reports to the Planning & S&OP manager. A Master’s degree and preferably three years of relevant planning experience are required, along with strong analytical, Excel, ERP, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
