Description
The Master Planning Manager leads the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the Ti-Mill segment, developing consensus-based demand and supply plans, forecasting, inventory strategies, and production priorities. The role partners with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Customer Service, and commercial teams; analyzes demand, capacity, delivery performance, and supply risks; improves forecast accuracy and on-time delivery; and manages a team of material planners. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of supply planning, supply chain, or operations experience, advanced MS Office and ERP proficiency, and U.S. work authorization.
