Description
The Master Plumber performs and supervises specialized plumbing work in corporate buildings, including potable water, wastewater, storm drainage, and pumping systems. The role handles installation, repair, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency response, and technical coordination with security, engineering, and other trades. It also supervises plumbers and helpers, supports training, documents work, ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards, and participates in inspection, audit, and risk-mitigation activities. The position requires a high school senior year or equivalent, a current Master Plumber license or registration in Puerto Rico, and at least five years of commercial or institutional plumbing experience.
