Description
The Master Plumber performs and supervises specialized plumbing work in corporate buildings, including potable water, wastewater, storm drainage, and pumping systems. The role handles emergency repairs, coordinates with security, engineering, and other trades, ensures compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards, documents work, supports training, and participates in emergency response and risk mitigation. It requires a fourth-year high school education or equivalent, a current Master Plumber license or registration in Puerto Rico, and at least five years of commercial or institutional plumbing experience.
