Description
The Master Plumber serves as the licensed plumbing authority for a large workforce accommodations facility in Texas, overseeing the installation, inspection, repair, service, and maintenance of domestic water, DWV, hot-water, fixture, pump, and backflow-prevention systems. The role also supports general facilities maintenance, responds to plumbing emergencies, coordinates with other trades and subcontractors, maintains inspection and corrective-action records, and ensures compliance with Texas plumbing codes, site safety programs, and regulatory requirements. The position requires an active Texas Master Plumber license, eligibility to supervise plumbing work, at least five years of commercial, industrial, or institutional plumbing experience, and experience with temporary or modular structures.
