ABB is hiring a Production Planning and Scheduling Manager to convert supply plans into executable master production schedules in its Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. The role translates forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into time-phased production plans, maintains forecast accuracy, develops tactical production plans, schedules supply, and provides commitment dates to customer service. It requires a bachelor’s degree in industrial, administrative, or similar engineering, at least five years of production planning and scheduling experience in ETO, MTO, or assembly-to-order environments, ERP/MRP experience, APICS knowledge, and strong analytical, organizational, communication, and English skills. The work model is on-site.
