Description
The Master Scheduler translates customer demand, inventory positions, and capacity constraints into executable global production schedules and coordinates them with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, engineering, and other cross-functional teams. The role monitors schedule execution, resolves material and labor shortages, manages configuration changes, maintains planning systems, and supports continuous improvement across global operations. It requires a bachelor's degree and at least six years of related or equivalent experience, fluent English, and strong analytical and collaboration skills; semiconductor experience and CPIM or CSCP knowledge are preferred. The role may be performed through an on-site flex or virtual flex hybrid arrangement.
