Description
CoreCivic is looking for a Master Scheduler to plan, staff, and schedule personnel resources in an institutional setting. This role involves ensuring adequate coverage of security posts and essential positions, monitoring workforce management processes, optimizing schedule adherence, and managing schedule/shift adjustments. The Master Scheduler will implement and maintain the workforce management platform, develop shift rosters, coordinate training, and communicate with various internal departments like HR and Payroll.
