Description
Infinitum is hiring an onsite Master Scheduler in North Austin, Texas, reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager and leading two Materials Planners in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. The role translates customer demand, forecasts, backlog, and long-range requirements into an executable, capacity-constrained master production schedule across Motor and Fan Systems operations. It owns supply commitments, capacity and material outlooks, allocation decisions, cross-functional planning reviews, ERP/MRP governance, and planning KPIs, while coordinating with Sales Operations, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, GTM, and Finance. The position requires at least seven years of progressive supply-chain planning experience, strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and leadership experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, HSA, FSA, retirement, paid time off, and holidays.
