The role manages site capacity and resource forecasts, daily production schedules, S&OP processes, cross-functional planning, quality events, and complex scheduling data while supporting contract manufacturing operations. It is a 100% on-site, first-shift position requiring at least a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of progressive planning or engineering experience, with pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty chemical manufacturing experience preferred. The salary range is $100,000-$110,000, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus and other benefits.
