ThermAvant Technologies, LLC is hiring a Master Scheduler / Industrial Engineer to develop, maintain, and execute the master production schedule while designing manufacturing processes, integrating machinery, balancing workloads, conducting time studies and workflow analyses, scaling production, developing SOPs, and applying lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methods. The role requires a bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering, at least three years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency in production scheduling, capacity planning, level loading, and process optimization.
