Kia Santa Monica is hiring a Master Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicles while meeting dealership and manufacturer standards. The role includes advanced repairs, documentation, service-team collaboration, mentoring, and maintaining high-quality customer service. Candidates need at least three years of Kia dealership experience, strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and a valid driver’s license; ASE and other manufacturer certifications are preferred. Compensation is an estimated $33.80–$50.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
