Microchip Technology Inc. is hiring a Master Facilities Technician – HVAC to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and mechanical facility systems in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role supports cleanroom and controlled manufacturing conditions, monitors building and energy management systems, performs preventive and predictive maintenance, responds to emergencies, documents work, and mentors less-experienced technicians. It requires 15+ years of HVAC or facilities maintenance experience, relevant licenses and certifications, and the ability to work on-call, weekends, or rotating shifts. The position may be performed in the United States and offers an hourly pay range of $24.52–$53.85 plus benefits.
