HERMOS is hiring a Master/Technician for construction site management in electrical and EMCS engineering. The role is based in Regensburg, follows a full-time four-day workweek, and requires on-site and customer-site work with nationwide travel across Germany. Responsibilities include project execution, construction-site management, customer coordination, commissioning, safety, measurements, and handover. Candidates need electrical-engineering training, relevant construction-site-management experience, automation and plant-engineering knowledge, a Class B driver’s license, and willingness to travel. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, training, benefits, and 30 vacation days.
