HERMOS is hiring a Master/Technician for construction-site management in building automation and electrical/measurement and control engineering. The role is based in Mistelgau with on-site and customer-deployment work, a four-day full-time workweek, and nationwide travel across Germany. Responsibilities include project execution, construction-site management, customer coordination, commissioning, safety, documentation, quantity take-offs, and handover. Candidates need electrical-engineering training, extensive construction-site management experience in electrical/MSR engineering, automation and systems knowledge, a class B driver’s license, and willingness to travel; further automation training is advantageous. The position offers an unlimited employment contract, training, savings benefits, and 30 vacation days.
