Ericsson is hiring a master’s thesis student to study and improve the onboarding process for Approved Service Providers supporting Ericsson projects and managed services. The role involves mapping the current onboarding process, analyzing case data, identifying bottlenecks, benchmarking practices across comparable industries, developing a target-state process, defining KPIs, and recommending a prioritized roadmap. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and requires process-analysis and academic-research skills, with Lean, process mapping, BPMN, process mining, service design, procurement, compliance, and stakeholder-communication experience advantageous.
