Ericsson is seeking one MSc student to conduct a six-month master thesis on telco-specific optimization using quantum computing algorithms. The project involves studying quantum algorithms, quantum computers, and quantum machine learning; developing a new approach for RAN workloads; comparing it with conventional methods; and documenting the results in a thesis report. The work is expected to start in January 2027 at Ericsson Research in Stockholm (Kista), Sweden.
