Description
Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a Master’s student to conduct a six-month on-site thesis on entropy-based approaches to wear and running-in processes in tribological contacts. The work involves reviewing literature, developing surface-state models based on contact mechanics, and assessing the applicability of entropy-based methods. Applicants must have a relevant Master’s degree, knowledge of thermodynamics and mathematical modelling, Python or MATLAB experience, strong physics or physical chemistry background, and very good English and good German; university enrollment is required.
