The Chamber of Skilled Trades of Wiesbaden is hiring a Master Trainer / Master Craftsman for Vocational Training and Technology Center Wiesbaden I to conduct inter-company apprentice instruction and vocational adult education in the electrical trades, teach course programs, support cross-disciplinary projects, assist examination committees, and maintain contact with trade stakeholders. The role requires a completed Master qualification in the electrical trades, preferably several years of professional experience, along with technical and pedagogical competencies, knowledge of relevant standards, and IT skills. It is a full-time 40-hour-per-week position with salary level 9 b under the Hesse collective agreement, a company pension scheme, annual special payment, a job ticket, and further training opportunities.
