Schindler is hiring a Master Trainer / Trainer (m/f/d) for Elevator Technology at its Technical Training Center in Berlin, Stuttgart, or Kleinostheim, Germany. The role transfers corporate knowledge to the Schindler Group Germany and Dual Brand organizations, trains new employees and trainers, develops and improves training materials, supports technical support, and collaborates with regional units. Candidates need elevator-industry experience, vocational training in electrical or mechanical engineering, electrical qualification, PC and MS Office skills, fault-analysis ability, and willingness to travel between training locations and throughout Germany for support requests.
