Description
The CNC Programmer develops, modifies, and optimizes CNC programs using Mastercam, creates toolpaths from engineering drawings, applies GD&T, selects cutting tools and machining parameters, troubleshoots machining issues, verifies programs before production, and supports continuous improvement. The role requires experience with Mastercam and CNC programming, blueprint and routing interpretation, GD&T knowledge, and manufacturing ERP and operating-system skills; a two-year degree or technical education in a related field is preferred.
