Monash University is offering a fully funded, two-year full-time Master’s by Research scholarship in Engineering Science focused on developing safe and stable ionic-liquid electrolyte systems for high-energy sodium metal batteries. The research is based at the Clayton campus, supervised by Dr Mega Kar, and involves collaboration with Deakin University, Solvionic, and DYNATI Energie. The successful applicant will receive a tax-free Research Living Allowance of $37,145AUD per annum plus indexed allowances, must be enrolled full-time and on campus, and must meet domestic graduate research scholarship eligibility criteria.
