The Aquatics Masters Swim Team Coach runs daily operations for an adult masters swim team, leads group workouts, registers participants, develops training programs, supports swimmers at meets, and helps maintain the aquatics facilities. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of coaching experience, US Masters membership, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications, swimming ability, and physical ability to perform club duties. Preferred qualifications include a related bachelor's degree and Masters Coach Certification Levels 1 and 2.
