Description
The West Suburban YMCA is hiring Masters Swim Coaches for its Wells Ave location. The role provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for swimmers, prepares practices and workouts, supports swimmers and parents, attends practices and meets, maintains records, follows safety procedures, and may supervise junior coaches. The position pays $16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience, education, and skill, includes free membership, and requires CPR, AED, basic first aid, emergency oxygen, USA Swim Coach, lifeguard or swim-coach safety training, competitive swimming knowledge, and familiarity with Team Unify, Meet Manager, and Team Manager.
