Master’s Thesis on Digitizing the Test Bench Commissioning Process Through Value Stream Analysis and Workflow Automation at BoschGroup

Bosch is hiring a Master’s Thesis Student to analyze and optimize the commissioning of complex test systems. The thesis will use value stream analysis to identify manual tasks and process discontinuities, evaluate low-code and no-code technologies, and develop a digital workflow solution covering task planning, execution, evaluation, documentation, data automation, dashboards, and status and release overviews. The student will validate the solution in a real laboratory environment and collaborate with test-bench and software development specialists. The role requires on-site presence in the laboratory, flexible work arrangements, a relevant master’s degree, programming and process-automation knowledge, fluent German and very good English, and enrollment at a university.
