HARMAN is hiring a Business Material Analyst in Pécs, Hungary to monitor material availability, assess supply risks, analyze demand and production changes, coordinate recovery actions, manage inventory and obsolete stock, and support business continuity across automotive manufacturing. The role requires analytical thinking, supply-chain data interpretation, cross-functional collaboration, advanced Excel, problem-solving, and AI fluency; SAP, automotive supply-chain, engineering-change, VBA, and Power BI experience are bonuses. It follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work three days per week and offers an annual gross base salary of 9,270,000–13,596,000 Hungarian Forint.
