Description
The Engineering Manager leads engineering teams and cross-functional operations to support manufacturing quality, throughput, yield, and uptime while managing product design, development, production sustainment, and technology-roadmap activities for thin-film-based products. The role oversees engineering processes, quality systems, material development, application engineering, new-product introduction, and employee recruitment and development, and may provide technical support to sales and marketing. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, physics, or a related field, experience with sputtering and evaporation processes, and ten years of progressive thin-film coating and design experience.
