Description
The Engineering Manager leads engineering teams and cross-functional operations to support manufacturing quality, throughput, yield, and uptime while managing product design, development, production sustainment, and technology-roadmap activities for thin-film-based products. The role oversees engineering processes, project programs, employee recruitment and development, quality systems, material analysis, and application engineering, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, material science, physics, or a related field, experience with sputtering and evaporation processes, and professional-staff management experience. The full-time salary range is $178,500 to $331,500, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
