The role performs aircraft surface preparation and coating application, including cleaning, stripping, sanding, masking, spray, wipe, brush, dip, adhesive, and heat applications; checking material thickness and tolerances; operating air and airless equipment; applying aerodynamic fillers; and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. It requires at least one year of painting experience, the ability to work any shift, and company licenses, certifications, and training.
