Description
The role performs pressure-bonding operations by preparing parts, applying bonding agents, assembling and fitting components, operating autoclaves and pressure furnaces, and controlling heat, pressure, and timing. The position also checks finished articles, maintains equipment safety, and uses jigs, fixtures, hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. It requires two years of metal fitting or forming experience, including bonding work and pressure-furnace operation, or equivalent Bell Material Bonder experience, and requires applicants to be U.S. persons under ITAR.
