Description
The Material Bonder prepares aircraft parts and articles for material bonding by assembling, locating, and aligning parts; cleaning, masking, and finishing rotor blades or airfoil sections; selecting and applying bonding agents; performing minor rework, fitting, and trimming; preparing pressure bags; and using jigs, fixtures, and production tools. The role requires six months of relevant experience or prior Bell experience, successful completion of Bell’s Advanced Composite Fabrication Course (T220), and U.S. person status under ITAR.
