Description
The Material Bonder prepares aircraft parts and articles for material bonding by assembling, locating, and aligning parts; cleaning, masking, and finishing rotor blades or airfoil sections; selecting and applying bonding agents; performing minor rework, fitting, and trimming; preparing pressure bags; and using jigs, fixtures, and production tools. The role requires six months of relevant experience or prior Bell experience in specified aircraft or aircraft-related classifications, successful completion of Bell’s Advanced Composite Fabrication Course (T220), and U.S. person status under ITAR.
