Penske Logistics is hiring a Material Control Analyst to coordinate inventory, material flow, shipments, parts control, and customer analytics. The role involves entering records, weighing or counting items, tracking shipments, resolving shortages, analyzing data, developing dashboards, and recommending process improvements. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong computer and communication skills, experience with large data sets, and the ability to learn multiple warehouse management systems. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8pm to 4am, with flexibility for customer demand.
