Description
The Materials Management Manager leads inventory, materials, warehousing, logistics sourcing, supplier and transportation negotiations, quality audits, cost reduction, and continuous improvement across multiple locations. The role manages department associates, develops plans and performance systems, oversees receiving and materials operations, and supports external and internal audits. It requires a technical bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, 4–6 years of leadership experience, strong materials management and negotiation skills, MRP/ERP knowledge, and the ability to work extended hours.
