Description
The role leads cost-reduction implementation across IMG Supply Chain and cross-functional Matched Pair teams by executing TVM/Gemba processes, coordinating initiatives, developing lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, establishing governance, and supporting compliance and global tools. It requires an engineering degree in automotive parts or relevant experience, at least five years of automotive production-part analysis or Lean manufacturing experience, and expertise in cost analysis, value engineering, manufacturing processes, computer vision or AI analytics, and cross-functional facilitation.
