Mapfre is hiring an experienced, licensed Material Damage Appraiser for Eastern Massachusetts. The role conducts vehicle damage assessments and itemized appraisals, negotiates with repair shops and claimants, tracks repair techniques, labor rates, and regulations, and travels for field inspections, re-inspections, and catastrophe duty. A valid Massachusetts Appraiser License and 3–6 years of appraisal experience are required; a bachelor’s degree or specialized training and I-CAR certification are relevant qualifications, with I-CAR preferred. The position offers a company car, sign-on bonus, benefits, career development, and a salary range of $58,800–$106,400.
