Teton Outfitters is hiring a Materials Development Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and innovation of materials development for Klim and 509 product lines. The role manages a two-person team, oversees new material development and supplier relationships, coordinates with design, product development, sourcing, and operations, and maintains testing standards, material libraries, KPIs, and risk controls. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of materials or textile development experience, technical apparel expertise, and global supplier management experience. The position is based on-site in Rigby, Idaho, with a hybrid schedule and up to 10% travel.
