Description
The role leads continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including pull systems, Kanban, visual management, value stream mapping, process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures, plant layout improvements, material flow strategies, part presentation, capacity analysis, line balancing, and inventory control. It requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, intermediate-to-advanced English, and at least five years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Design, Continuous Improvement, or Industrial Engineering.
