Description
The Industrial Engineer will manage material flow through a Ford production and warehousing facility, supporting ICE and BEV PTO facilities. Responsibilities include developing and improving material-handling processes, equipment, storage, inventory, plant layout, safety, and Lean systems; coordinating with production, supply chain, quality, and other engineering groups; and preparing multi-month project plans. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of materials experience, with engineering, automation, automotive, and Lean experience preferred. It is an onsite position with salary grades 7 and 8 ranging from $84,480 to $162,120, and visa sponsorship is not available.
