Description
The Material Handler 1/Forklift will work in a medical devices company warehouse in Sumter, South Carolina for a 12-month contract at $18.50 per hour. The role involves picking and packing orders, scanning barcodes, using RF technology, palletizing and re-palletizing products, verifying shipments, and operating material-handling equipment. The position requires at least six months of forklift-driving experience, a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and completion of an eye exam and drug screen. It follows a 3-2-2-3 schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and requires U.S. citizens or eligible work-authorization holders.
