Description
The Palletizing Operator prepares finished products according to USPS standards, palletizes and wraps them, loads and unloads materials, operates and performs basic setup and troubleshooting on assigned production equipment, and supports safety, quality, output, and production goals. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of related experience, pallet-jack operation, basic math, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The first shift runs from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a national base pay of $15.50 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
